BUILD TO ORDER — designed, not yet deployed

Tuition trial class booking workflow for Singapore centres

This build-to-order design coordinates enquiries, real class availability, trial booking and follow-up. It is not deployed today, and teachers or centre staff retain placement, learning-progress and child-specific decisions.

How the tuition centres pipeline moves work safely

Automated stages prepare the work and preserve its context. The visually distinct human gate owns the sensitive decision before anything is released.

From parent enquiry to confirmed trial class
  1. 1Automated

    Receive enquiry

Capture the level, subject, location and timing requested by the parent.

  2. 2Automated

    Check class source

Read approved timetable, capacity and trial-class rules.

  3. 3Automated

    Offer suitable slots

Prepare only options that satisfy the recorded constraints.

  4. 4Human gate

    Review exception

Send placement, special-needs and child-specific questions to centre staff.

  5. 5Automated

    Confirm and follow up

Record an accepted trial slot and the approved follow-up state.

Automated stages prepare the work and its evidence. The human gate controls sensitive decisions and release.

Systems this pipeline would touch

WhatsApp or web enquiry
Receives the parent information required for a trial-class search.
Class schedule
Provides current levels, locations, timing and capacity.
Centre CRM or register
Can receive the enquiry and booking state after integration testing.
Staff queue
Holds placement and child-specific questions for the right person.

What this pipeline does not do

The boundary is part of the product. These exception paths are intentional, not missing automation.

  • It is a build-to-order blueprint, not a running tuition-centre deployment.
  • It does not assess a child's ability or decide final placement.
  • It does not promise a slot that the class schedule does not show as available.
  • It does not send child-specific progress commentary without the responsible teacher.
