If you are funding a capability build rather than automating a handful of processes, the Grant Track applies. Typically from S$15,000, shaped for an Enterprise Development Grant application, with up to 50% of eligible costs claimable by qualifying Singapore SMEs. Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The scope is written down and agreed before work begins, and the price does not move after that. If we find mid-build that the scope was wrong, we tell you and you decide, rather than sending a larger invoice.
What exactly is one pipeline?
One process automated end to end, with its own approval gate. Invoice intake from mailbox to draft ledger entry is one pipeline. Lead research through to a reviewed CRM-ready list is another. If you are not sure whether something is one pipeline or two, say what the process is and we will tell you before quoting.
What does the AI cost to run?
You bring your own model access (such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, or compatible models) and pay the provider directly. There is zero agency margin on usage and no surprise bills from VYR. What you spend depends on how much the workflow actually runs and which model it calls, so we size that with you against your own volumes on the scoping call rather than quoting a figure that would not hold.
Where is Agent OS hosted?
Agent OS is deployed, secured, and monitored 24/7 on VYR-hosted sandboxed infrastructure, included with your first 3 months of Agent Care. If you ever cancel or decide to run workflows independently, we provide full handover of your configurations and runbooks.
Why is the extra pipeline only S$1,000?
Because the expensive part is the first one. Agent OS, hosting, the approval model and the integrations are already standing up after the first pipeline. Each one after that is scoping and building the workflow itself, not rebuilding the platform.
Do I have to take Agent Care?
The first 3 months are included with every build. After that Agent Care Essential continues at S$150 a month, because we host and monitor the agents. You can cancel any time, and if you do we hand over your pipelines and configuration so you can run them yourself.
Can I start with one pipeline and add more later?
Most teams do. Additional pipelines are S$1,000 each whether you buy them on day one or a year later. There is no penalty for starting small, and starting small is usually the right call.
