This policy applies to personal data collected through the VYR website, enquiry forms, strategy calls, written briefs, and any service engagement. It does not cover third-party sites that may be linked from this website.

VYR PTE. LTD. (UEN 202610859G) is the organisation responsible for this website and the personal data described in this policy. Its registered office is 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051.

2. Personal data collected

VYR may collect name, company name, email address, contact number, job function, and information about the workflow or automation requirement. VYR uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and engagement. Google Analytics may collect technical data such as IP-derived approximate location, browser and device type, referral source, and pages visited through cookies or similar technologies.

3. Purpose of collection

Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver services, manage client accounts, comply with legal obligations, and improve the website and service experience. VYR does not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Disclosure of personal data

Personal data may be disclosed to VYR's service providers, professional advisers, or regulators where necessary to deliver services or comply with the law. Reasonable contractual safeguards are applied when data is shared. Website analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

VYR applies reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and VYR cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights
