This policy applies to personal data collected through the VYR website, enquiry forms, strategy calls, written briefs, and any service engagement. It does not cover third-party sites that may be linked from this website.

VYR may collect name, company name, email address, contact number, job function, and information about the workflow or automation requirement. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited may also be collected via analytics and hosting logs.

3. Purpose of collection

Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver services, manage client accounts, comply with legal obligations, and improve the website and service experience. VYR does not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Disclosure of personal data

Personal data may be disclosed to VYR's service providers, professional advisers, or regulators where necessary to deliver services or comply with the law. Reasonable contractual safeguards are applied when data is shared.
