VYR scopes the project and prepares the Business Grants Portal documentation at no charge. A three-week target applies only to a ready, focused first workflow; plan 3–6 months end to end including the application. Typically S$15,000 and up — smaller and faster, take the Fast Track instead.

Fixed-scope delivery from kickoff. We track outcomes against real operational data.
Process
We map your workflow and confirm EDG eligibility on the call. No obligation — just a clear picture of what can be automated and whether you qualify.
BGP-ready, no jargon. We draft the scope, costs, and documentation needed for your EDG application — included at no extra cost. You submit through the Business Grants Portal.
Enterprise Singapore reviews and issues the letter of offer. You receive up to 50% back as reimbursement after project completion. We guide you through every step of the EDG application process.
Once the project starts, your first workflow goes live in 3 weeks. The grant is processed in parallel — you start seeing returns before the paperwork is settled.
EDG stays open until EDGE launches in 2H2026. Enterprise Singapore confirms EDG, MRA and PSG remain accessible until then.
Note: VYR engagements are typically scoped under the Innovation & Productivity pillar. Eligibility is assessed by Enterprise Singapore per project.

No commitment. We'll map your highest-leverage automation on the call.
Often the grant is not the right route, and we would rather say so here than three weeks into a conversation.
| Fast Track — no grant | Grant Track — EDG | |
|---|---|---|
| Typical project size | S$2,000 + S$1,000 per extra process | S$15,000 and above |
| Time to live | As fast as 14 days | 3 – 6 months, including the application |
| Paperwork | None. A scope document and a start date | Business Grants Portal application, quotes, project plan |
| You pay | The full fee, on a fixed scope | The full fee, then claim EDG co-funding back |
| Co-funding | None | Up to 50% of eligible costs for local SMEs |
| Scope changes | Easy — small project, short cycle | Locked to the approved application |
| Best when | You want one workflow running now | You are funding a larger capability build |
The S$15,000 line is our own guidance, not a grant rule. Enterprise Singapore sets no minimum project size and no per-project maximum for EDG. Below roughly S$15,000 the application effort usually costs more than the co-funding returns.
Wrong fit? Try the Fast Track.
One process, fixed price, hosted and monitored by us, live in as little as 14 days. No grant, no paperwork.
Tell us the workflow. We come back with a scope, an honest view on whether it is big enough for EDG to be worth the paperwork, and what the application would involve.
