S$2,000 to S$10,000, fixed price, no grant application. Deployed on your own server and running around the clock. For teams that want something working this month rather than a funding decision next quarter.
Fourteen days is the floor for a single straightforward workflow. We tell you the real date at the quote, before you commit.
Thirty minutes. We agree the one workflow and what 'done' means.
One price, one scope, one date. No hourly billing, no discovery phase.
We build against the agreed scope and show you it running.
Live on your VPS, running 24/7, with the approval gate switched on.
Most Singapore operations bottlenecks sit between two systems that do not talk to each other. These are the ones we are asked for most often. If yours is not listed, ask — the work is an integration either way, not a pre-built connector we are reselling.
Leave triage, onboarding checklists, claim routing
Roster changes, timesheet exceptions, payroll pre-checks
Invoice capture, PO matching, exception queue before posting
Lead routing, enrichment, follow-up drafting with a human gate
Approvals, escalations and alerts where your team already is
Document generation, inbox triage, calendar actions
Keeping internal answers current without a manual owner
Scoped and quoted like everything else — fixed price
Every action that writes to one of these systems passes a human approval step before it runs. Nothing posts an invoice, sends a message or changes a record on its own.
Often the answer is no, and we would rather say so on this page than three weeks into a conversation. Here is the honest comparison.
| Fast Track — no grant | Grant Track — EDG | |
|---|---|---|
| Typical project size | S$2,000 – S$10,000 | S$15,000 and above |
| Time to live | As fast as 14 days | 3 – 6 months, including the application |
| Paperwork | None. A scope document and a start date | Business Grants Portal application, quotes, project plan |
| You pay | The full fee, on a fixed scope | The full fee, then claim EDG co-funding back |
| Co-funding | None | Up to 50% of eligible costs for local SMEs |
| Scope changes | Easy — small project, short cycle | Locked to the approved application |
| Best when | You want one workflow running now | You are funding a larger capability build |
The S$15,000 line is our own guidance, not a grant rule. Enterprise Singapore sets no minimum project size and no per-project maximum for EDG. Below roughly S$15,000 the application effort usually costs more than the co-funding returns.
Wrong fit? Try the Grant Track.
Larger capability builds, part-funded by the Enterprise Development Grant. Longer, but co-funded.
Tell us the workflow. We come back with one price and one date, or we tell you it is a Grant Track project and why.
